The Seasonal Table Terms & Conditions
We want The Seasonal Table to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone. These terms simply set out a few practical things to make sure everyone knows what to expect from their stay and from us.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you have booked on behalf of other guests, please make sure they are aware of any information that applies to them too.
1. Getting to La Cour de Husson
Getting to and from La Cour de Husson is your responsibility, including arranging and paying for any transport you need.
We cannot be responsible for delays, cancellations or other problems caused by third-party travel providers, or for any issues with travel documents or other documentation you need for your journey.
If you would like us to help arrange a transfer, please speak to us in advance and we’ll be happy to see what we can arrange. Any agreed transfer costs will be confirmed with you beforehand.
2. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance for your stay.
Your policy should ideally cover things such as cancellation, illness, travel disruption, loss or theft of belongings and any other circumstances that could affect your trip.
We cannot cover costs arising from circumstances that are outside our control, so having suitable insurance gives you an extra layer of protection.
3. Your health and wellbeing
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay.
Please let us know about any allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions or other circumstances that we should be aware of before your arrival. This is particularly important when it comes to food and drink.
If you have any concerns about whether the event or any of the activities available at La Cour de Husson are suitable for you, please speak to your doctor or healthcare provider before attending.
If you become unwell or have an accident during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
We will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, but guests remain responsible for taking appropriate care of themselves and for following reasonable safety guidance during their stay.
4. Cancelling or transferring your booking
Due to the nature of The Seasonal Table, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to join us, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Just let us know their name and details at least 24 hours before the event, or ask them to give us your name when they arrive.
Any arrangements regarding payment between the original booker and the person taking their place are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
In the unlikely event that we need to postpone an evening due to circumstances beyond our control, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date.
5. Changes to the event
We plan The Seasonal Table carefully, but occasionally circumstances outside our control may mean that we need to make changes to the event.
This could include changes to the menu, timings, activities or location within La Cour de Husson.
If a significant change is necessary, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
Menus may also change according to the availability of seasonal produce. This is very much part of the idea behind The Seasonal Table, and we hope you’ll enjoy discovering what is at its best at the time.
6. If we need to cancel
Although we hope it will never happen, there may occasionally be circumstances in which we have to cancel an event.
If we cancel, we will offer you a full refund for your booking.
We cannot be responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred in connection with your trip, such as travel arrangements, unless required by law.
7. Looking after yourself and your belongings
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and your belongings during your stay.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where we are legally responsible.
If you need assistance in an emergency or are unable to arrange medical treatment yourself, we may contact the appropriate emergency services on your behalf. Any resulting costs remain your responsibility where they are not covered by us or your insurance.
8. If something isn’t right
If there is a problem during your stay or something isn’t quite as you expected, please tell us as soon as possible.
We’d much rather have the opportunity to put things right while you’re here than have you go home unhappy.
Please speak to us directly, and we’ll always do our best to help.
We can’t, however, be responsible for the individual behaviour or actions of other guests.
9. Your privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
We will use the personal information you provide to us to manage your booking, communicate with you about your stay and provide the services you’ve requested.
We won’t sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Any use of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Photography & filming
We may take photographs and short videos during The Seasonal Table to capture the atmosphere and memories of the evening. These may be used by La Cour de Husson for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels and other online or printed marketing materials.
By attending the event, you give us permission to use photographs or videos in which you may appear for these purposes, with or without your name. We may edit or combine images or footage as needed for our promotional materials.
We’ll always aim to be respectful and considerate about how images are used. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to ensure you’re not included in any photography or filming.
11. Respect for La Cour de Husson and other guests
We want The Seasonal Table to be a relaxed and welcoming experience for everyone.
We therefore ask that all guests treat the property, our team and fellow guests with respect and follow any reasonable instructions we give during the event.
If someone behaves in a way that is seriously disruptive, unlawful, threatening, abusive or creates a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others, we reserve the right to ask them to leave.
In serious circumstances, this may mean ending their participation in the event or stay without a refund, where permitted by law.
12. A final note
These terms are here to make sure that everyone understands how The Seasonal Table works and what we can reasonably provide.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If you have any questions about these terms or anything relating to your booking, please just ask. We are always happy to help.
We look forward to welcoming you to La Cour de Husson.
